Citizens Health Initiative is a nonprofit organization dedicated to dismantling the dual hurdles of cost and distance that prevent equitable health outcomes for underserved communities.

Through strategic partnerships, community-driven tools, and advocacy, we work at the intersection of financial and geographic barriers to ensure that a person’s financial status and physical location do not dictate their quality of care and connect individuals with the care they deserve.

Rooted in compassion and driven by equity, our work centers on identifying and addressing the systemic gaps that keep essential health services out of reach for underserved populations.
